There was a record setting turnout with over 6000 “Plungers” for the annual Polar Bear Plunge in Seaside Heights, NJ. This annual event is put on by Law Enforcement and the Law Enforcement Torch Run to raise money for the Special Olympics. This year $1.7 million dollars were raised. It was a beautiful day with the temperature in the upper 50’s with the water temperature of 41 degrees.
